How Many Labels Do I Really Need? Determining the Minimum Quantity for Your Order

Each version of artwork comes with the option to include up to 50 labels. The flexibility extends to the ability to mix and match quantities within the same order—whether it's opting for 50 of label A and 150 of label B or any other combination. This versatile approach allows you to capitalize on the advantages of merging various designs within a single production run, offering both customization and efficiency in your labeling process.

Digital Printing

Why Choose Us for Custom Printed Labels and Stickers Over Traditional Print Shops.

In the era preceding the widespread adoption of digital printing technology for labels, the conventional method involved utilizing large, mechanical flexographic printing presses. This approach was inherently intricate and costly, necessitating a series of elaborate steps. Initially, artists had to transfer their designs onto film, which would then be used to generate flexographic printing plates.

The four-color process is a widely employed printing method in contemporary graphic reproduction, prominently featured in magazines, newspapers, brochures, and labels. In essence, this process involves the meticulous separation of a color image into its fundamental constituents: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black, collectively referred to as CMYK. This separation is accomplished through the strategic utilization of filters and screens.

NYX Labels distinguishes itself as a cutting-edge, all-digital label print shop, revolutionizing the conventional printing process. Unlike traditional methods that rely on plates for image transfer, our innovative approach eliminates the need for plates altogether. Employing state-of-the-art laser technology, our printing press seamlessly transfers images directly onto the chosen material.

While our printing capabilities currently exclude metallic inks, we've devised creative alternatives to replicate comparable effects. By skillfully blending specific colors with appropriate materials, we can remarkably emulate the distinctive allure of metallic inks. A noteworthy instance involves leveraging yellow ink in conjunction with our Chrome BOPP material, a combination that astutely yields a striking resemblance to the elegance associated with gold ink. This inventive approach allows our customers to attain the desired aesthetic without compromising quality or visual impact.

An Authorization hold, also known as card authorization, preauthorization, or preauth, is a standard practice in the banking industry for validating electronic transactions conducted with debit or credit cards. In the case of a credit card pre-authorization, the process closely resembles a regular charge to the credit card. However, instead of immediately deducting funds from the cardholder's account, the funds are temporarily placed on "hold" until the final invoice amount is verified. This temporary hold ensures that the necessary funds are available for the impending transaction. Generally, authorization holds are automatically released and funds become available again within a timeframe of 1 to 5 days after the transaction date. The specific duration varies depending on the policy of the issuing bank. This practice helps in maintaining accurate account balances and provides a level of security for both the cardholder and the financial institution involved.

Our commitment to efficient service is evident in our swift turnaround times for label and sticker printing orders. Once proof approval is received, we expedite the production process, ensuring that your items are ready to ship within a mere 48-72 hours. Certainly. Yes, any requested changes to artwork will incur a minimum charge of $30.00, or $75.00 per hour, depending on the time necessary for implementing the requested modifications. Additionally, an extra $5.00 fee will be applied for each version that undergoes modification during this process. It's important to note that requested changes may potentially cause delays in both proofing and production timelines.

The unwinding directions play a crucial role in determining the orientation of label rolls during production, ensuring that labels are positioned correctly when applied. This aspect becomes particularly significant when labels are intended for machine application onto final products. The specified unwind direction guarantees that the labeling machine receives and dispenses labels in the appropriate orientation on the target containers, such as bottles or jars. This meticulous control over the unwind direction is unnecessary if labels are to be manually applied, as in such cases, the orientation usually does not impact the application process.
